Premiere at IFAT: Doppstadt introduces new tools and attachments for its METHOR multitool

Thanks to its high versatility as regards the range of applications and materials, the robust single-shaft shredder is an impressive machine. Designed as a multitool, the METHOR processes small, medium and frequently changing material flows. The METHOR is used for example in the processing of industrial waste, biowaste, C&D waste, waste wood and bulky waste. It also handles mono-charges such as mattrasses reliably.

Versatile and robust
To offer customers even more flexibility, we have designed our multitool as a modular system. That means: You can combine various components to create the overall solution that best meets your requirements. The METHOR can be equipped with different teeth of the sizes S, M and L and with several variants of the counterblades. All the components have proven to be most reliable. In combination with the well-thought-out shredding concept, our robust and durable shredder performs all of its tasks even in the most adverse conditions.

New Tool and Attachments
At IFAT, we’ll showcase a new roller developed for the METHOR. It is extremely robust and thus ideally suited for C&D waste processing. In addition, you can take a closer look at our new attachments at the Munich Fair. From now on, the METHOR can be combined either with a double drum, a spiral shaft screen, a star screen, a wind sifter or a magnet, to form an efficient processing solution. All the attachments are replaceable within a few minutes.

Furthermore, we offer a variety of optional equipment for our multitool. For example, the shredder is available on hook-lift or crawler chassis. You can also choose between a diesel or electric drive.

For the operators, the durable shredder also offers many benefits. The shredding system can be changed within 45 minutes, so that new material flows can be processed without long downtimes. The efficient direct drive enables a precisely adjustable performance and undisturbed operation.
