The BIR World Recycling Congresses are back

BIR remains committed to providing a forum for networking and business exchange because the organization knows how important its events are to members. Therefore, BIR announced that it will continue to hold the World Recycling Congress scheduled for October 2020.

While the COVID situation in Europe is easing, other countries continue to have the pandemic firmly under control. BIR has therefore chosen Brussels as its congress destination because it is a simple and reliable option in terms of accessibility and flexibility in terms of venues and hotels.

Nevertheless, the organisation will keep its promise to hold one of its future conventions in Istanbul – most likely in May 2022.

For the upcoming event in Brussels, members will be offered an innovative and dynamic 1.5-day event with a strong focus on networking and business exchange. The commodity sessions will be held in a slightly different format to provide a concise overview of the markets, with a strong focus on physical trading. There will also be a small exhibition of equipment and service providers.

Registrations are possible from the end of August!
