At IFAT 2024 in Munich, Baljer & Zembrod will be focussing on remote operation and partial and full automation. The focus will be on remote operation, i.e. the operation of a handling crane over a greater distance.

In principle, every crane developed and produced by B&Z can be operated remotely – partially or fully automated. This requires appropriate sensors on the crane as well as additional support measures for remote operation or as part of automation.

Baljer & Zembrod will control a crane from its IFAT booth on the company‘s premises in Altshausen and thus demonstrate remote operation. This will be supplemented by partially and fully automated operation.

A stationary crane, model OBX, will also be on display at the stand. This model corresponds to the crane for automation in Altshausen.
