Double trommel screening machines

Zemmler Siebanlagen GmbH from Finsterwalde/Massen presented innovative machines with double trommel technology at the IFAT together with Kölsch – the new partner in southern Germany. This year, the 700th machine, which is also the 150th MULTI SCREEN® MS 5200, was presented, as well as the MULTI SCREEN® MS 3200.

The company showed visitors the combination of a double-drum screening plant with a downstream HDSM (water-based density separation system) from WIMA Wilsdruffer Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH. This machine combination was presented in a live demonstration of the solution for effective separation of stones and wood or light materials in the recycling. The MS3200 was presented with a new control panel. This means improved brilliance and dark mode for better operation in sunlight. The machine was presented at the trade fair as a true hybrid and has a diesel unit with optional mains connection. The MS3200 is the perfect machine for professional landscaping and industrial applications with a throughput of up to 60 m³ per hour, a maximum weight of just 7.5 t and a very compact design.

Zemmler Siebanlagen GmbH began in 2000 in Großräschen as a manufacturer of mobile and stationary double trommel screening machines. In addition to the sale and rental of new and used screening machines, the company also offers a repair service and a 24-hour spare parts service.

Zemmler has established itself as an internationally active manufacturer of mobile and stationary double trommel screening machines. The innovative double trommel technology enables screening into three fractions instead of two – in just one operation. Thanks to the use of wire screens (with meshes between 2 and 80 mm), which are stretched around the robust steel construction of the double trommel, the MULTI SCREEN® screening machines are used in numerous industries. They are tried and tested in wood and construction waste recycling, minerals, soil and biomass processing, metal, commercial waste and special materials recycling. Zemmler builds double trommel screening machines weighing from less than 1.8 t up to 24 t, serving both small landscaping companies and large recycling operations.

On a GREEN MISSION

Zemmler sees its sustainable corporate mission in the development of technologies for recycling a wide range of recyclable materials. The double trommel screening systems conserve natural resources and recover a higher proportion of valuable materials. In the meantime, 300 machines of various types with electric drives have been delivered. This helps to reduce CO2 emissions and serves to expand the electrification of mobility.
