Due to the current difficulty in assessing the corona situation and the associated ban on major events in many countries, the organiser Easyfairs is postponing this year's industry event RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS Dortmund to March 2021. The new date offers exhibitors and visitors more security for planning and lower health risks.
The trade show duo RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS Dortmund 2020 will now take place on 17 and 18 March 2021. "We would very much like to have stuck to the original alternative date in June of this year. However, the current decisions of the Federal Government regarding the staging of major events leave us with no other choice. In the context of the continuing open development of the risk situation, we see it as our responsibility to provide the best possible protection for participants, to ensure greater planning security and therefore to postpone the event," comments Sandrina Schempp, Event Director of RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS on the announcement.
In order to create secure conditions for all those involved in the industry event, the organiser Easyfairs has decided, in agreement with the official bodies, to reschedule the date of the trade show for the RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS. The replacement date for June for the trade show duo, which was originally planned in April, has now been moved to March 2021.
Tickets and contracts remain valid
All tickets and registrations purchased so far will remain valid and can be used to visit the trade show duo on the alternative dates in spring next year. The organizer also adheres to the contracts concluded with the exhibitors for the event.
"We would like to thank our exhibitors and partners in particular for their valuable support over the last few weeks in this extraordinary situation," says Sandrina Schempp from the organiser Easyfairs. Now, in March 2021, visitors and exhibitors can look forward to a customary high-quality business platform in the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr industrial region, just in time for the expected economic revival.
