Exhibitors at RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS vote by an overwhelming majority to move to June 16 and 17, 2021

In view of the extended partial lockdown, exhibitors at RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS are advocating postponing the industry event to June 16 and 17, 2021. In a survey conducted by the organizer, a clear majority of 97 % of them chose the new date offered for early summer next year.
"We would very much have liked to hold the fair in March. But our sophisticated hygiene concept is not the only basis for a safe and successful event. The personal sense of security of those involved also plays a major role", explains Sandrina Schempp, Event Director of the organizer Easyfairs, the step to the survey. For this reason, the organizer has decided to leave it up to the exhibitors to choose the appropriate time for the implementation of the RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS. With a clear majority of 97 %, they have now decided to hold the event in early summer on June 16 and 17, 2021.
Summer 2021 promises improvement
The later date for the RECYCLING-TECHNIK & SOLIDS on June 16 and 17, 2021, is in the interest of all involved. Vaccinations and rising temperatures promise more than just a breathing space. Open halls and extensively used open spaces guarantee intensive air exchange and a healthy climate. "Already this year, without available vaccines, the number of infections in the summer has fallen sharply. Easyfairs was able to hold trade fairs successfully. Therefore we are also optimistic with the newly chosen date of the event". Therefore, we also expect a decrease in infection figures next year from June onwards", says Sandrina Schempp. Until then, the organizer Easyfairs will remain active and will continue to adapt the already very extensive protection and hygiene concept for the event to the current conditions.
Tickets and contracts remain valid
The three-month postponement has no effect on the exhibitor contracts concluded or on ticket purchases or visitor registrations. All agreements and bookings remain unchanged for the trade fair duo's visit on June 16 and 17, 2021.
